The Gulliver's Travels star, 41, tweaked two-year-old Thomas's toes and joked around after the lad's sock came off.

Jack, wearing a scruffy tie-dye T-shirt, spent the day with Thomas, musician wife Tanya and elder son Sammy, four, in a Beverly Hills park near his LA home.

An onlooker said: "There wasn't any film-star attitude taking place. They sat at a picnic table like the other families enjoying their day."
