The proposal came about after a sparring war on Twitter, which kicked off with Lily saying: "Just been asked to do Piers Morgan live stories. Ummmmmmmm..................."
The Britain's Got Talent judge wrote back, calling her a "big wuss" if she didn't agree to the ITV1 chat.
But the Alfie singer defended herself, retaliating: "oh and I am many things, a wuss is definitely not one of them."
When she quizzed how much he would pay her for the apperance, Piers cockily retorted: "Do you mean how much do you have to pay me for this career-enhancing interview?"
Charity
True to form, Lil' quipped that she didn't need his help to further her career and said she would only justify going on the show if she could give money to charity.
Having miscarried six months into her pregnancy last October, she revealed: "a charity that helps women to overcome the kind of grief that I have had to experience."
Piers then backed down, saying: "I think that would be a very honourable reason to do the show.
"No woman should ever have to go through what you went through. Sadly, I know a few who have, it's heart-breaking."
The 25-year-old then offered a deal, saying: "i'd do it for a million for SANDS. money, mouth??????????????????"
Sands, which stands for Stillbirth And Neonatal Death Charity, is a UK charity that provides support for bereaved parents and their families.
Gobby Piers then said: "A million what? If it's Chilean pesos, we have a deal.
"ps I'm interviewing George Clooney about his campaigning work in the Sudan today. He doesn't want a penny, just awareness."
But Lily challenged him, adding: "Those are my terms. I've got no interest in coming on your show, you've been asking me for years."
Final word
Piers tried to have the final say, replying: "Final word - I will get ITV to make substantial five figure donation to your charity for the interview. Think about it."
She simply said: "No."
