A viewer complained to media watchdog Ofcom that Andre broke product placement rules in an episode last year.
Andre took first-class Emirates flights for a stay at the Atlantis Palm resort in Dubai.
As Andre looked at the hotel brochure, he told kids Junior, five, and Princess, three: "Look at this hotel!"
But Ofcom said Andre did not get a free trip and paid for his stay.
A spokesman said: "We found no breach of the code."
