British singer-songwriter Adele has achieved her second number one in the UK album chart with 21.
Adele also has three singles in this week's top 40, and her 2008 album 19 - a former number one - has risen to number four in the album chart.
US pop star Kesha's latest track We R Who We R, taken from her latest album Animal and Cannibal, went straight to the top of the singles chart.
The singer successfully knocked Bruno Mars from the top slot.
Just a week ago Mars became the first solo male artist to top both the singles and album chart at the same time since Mika in 2007.

Both his single, Grenade, and the album, Doo-wops and Hooligans, fell one place to number two.
There were also new entries in the singles chart from Chase and Status featuring Liam Bailey, whose song Blind Faith charted at number five, and Chris Brown's Yeah 3x was the third highest new entry, reaching number 10.
Remaining in fourth place was US rapper Sean Combs's latest group Diddy Dirty Money with their single Coming Home.
Their album, Last Train To Paris, went in at 24 as the second highest new album of the week.
Cee Lo Green's album The Lady Killer climbed to number five this week, with Ellie Goulding's Lights in sixth place.
At number seven was Imelda May's Mayhem, Eliza Doolittle's self-titled record was in eighth place, with Alfie Boe's Bring Him Home and Plan B's The Defamation Of Strickland Banks at number nine and 10 respectively.
Jessie J, Wretch 32, Britney Spears, Rihanna and Katy B also featured in the top 10 of this week's singles chart.
