Just days after splitting from his wife, Alex Reid looked to his life coach for some good advice.
As he visited his coach Denis Fleming in South West London yesterday, it appeared the cagefighter had decided to wear his wedding ring again.
The 35-year-old looked sad as he walked through the streets of Twickenham in a double breasted jacket, jeans and flat cap.

His choice to wear the wedding ring he was presented with by wife Katie Price last year comes after he took it off earlier this week.
Before they officially announced their split amidst continuing speculation it was imminent, Alex wrote in his Star magazine column this week that he was planning to continue wearing his ring.
He wrote: 'I’m still wearing my wedding ring - maybe I’m a hopeless romantic, but there you go… I want to work on our marriage.
'Maybe I am an optimist, but I believe in doing the honourable thing.'
But after Price revealed on Tuesday evening they had separated in a lengthy statement accusing him of being fame-hungry, he soon removed the symbolic jewellery.
But perhaps after two days without it, Reid was missing the clunky silver ring.

Reid has regularly visited Fleming over the past year and even talks about his successful sessions of the coach's website.
The Big Brother star revealed Fleming's coaching has helped him in both his personal life and fighting career.
He writes on Fleming's website: 'Denis has helped and showed me how to focus solely on my sport endeavours, and to convert any problems using them as energy tools to empower me elsewhere.
'Denis’s work has allowed me to not only be myself, but to cultivate my nature and be proud of who I rally am in a very natural way.'
Meanwhile, Reid's estranged wife Price, 32, has been keeping a low-profile.
She hasn't been seen in public since attending a KP Equestrian signing in Essex on January 8.
She is expected to break cover this weekend when she is the guest of honour at the Berenberg snow polo tournament in Klosters, Switzerland.
