The model looked blooming marvellous at the launch of a new deodorant at The Penthouse Club in London last night.
However, showing off her curves in a silky red frock, it was evident Kelly's breasts have grown more than her tummy bump.
Kelly shocked the showbiz world by revealing she and her former rugby player boyfriend THOM EVANS were expecting a baby girl.
They had only been dating since the end of last year and the former Scottish rugby player is an ex-team mate of Kelly's ex-love DANNY CIPRIANI.
Kelly confirmed the news on her Twitter page, posting: "Thom and I are happy to announce we are expecting a baby girl. We are delighted XXXX."
Thom played for the London Wasps with Cipriani from 2004 to 2006, but he was forced to quit the sport altogether after a near-fatal accident on the pitch in February 2010 left him with devastating injuries.
Kelly has also dated actors BILLY ZANE, 45, and action star JASON STATHAM, 43.
