Cher, 17, who finished fourth last year will audition the over-18 hopefuls in London on April 27.
She is looking for dancers with "enough swagger to be in a music video and the passion and talent for street and contemporary dance".
She says wannabes don't need professional experience.
Cher, from Malvern, Worcs, will release her single later this year after working with US artists including her former mentor Cheryl Cole's pal Will.i.am in Los Angeles.
